We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer CO-OP to join our Operations and Quality teams. This role is designed for students looking to gain hands-on experience in industrial engineering practices, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and ensuring quality standards. As a CO-OP, you will work closely with our Operations and Quality Assurance teams to support ongoing projects, analyze processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
As a co-op onsite at Powerex you will work in office, engineering lab and assembly line/manufacturing environments. To be successful in this co-op you will need to be open to a variety of activities that support the Operations and Quality teams and embrace new challenges that will come as you gain experience.

While performing the duties of this job in the Plant or Warehouse, the employee can be exposed to noise. The noise level is usually moderate but hearing protection may be required in designated areas.
